The Widow Jane Distillery is a very special member of our family at Heritage and a featured spirit behind the bar. The water used in making this award winning whiskey comes from blue stone mines in Rosendale, NY. Their distinctive heirloom corn and grains are all bread and grown in the Hudson Valley. We share the values of craftsmanship and quality, that distiller Vince Olson has made the cornerstone of his brand. Vince and Chef Burnette, are long time friends and plan to really work hand in hand on our partnership Heritage. From hand crafted cocktails, to Widow Jane aged ribeyes, we have it covered!
